What to put in the manifest
Grade letters do not travel well between warehouses. Your B and the next buyer B are rarely the same device, so the manifest that gets priced fastest is the one that says what the letters mean. These are the six columns that change the number.

Send it in whatever format your system exports. A spreadsheet, a CSV out of a testing platform, or a scanned packing list are all fine. We price against your own grade labels, exactly as your system exports them. We check the lot against the manifest on receiving and we do not re-grade to move the number.
How the offer comes together on a graded lot
Model and storage tier set the base. The grade split then decides how much of the lot sits at the top of that base and how much sits near the floor. Quantity behind each line matters, because three hundred of one model is a different sale from three hundred spread across forty models. Lock and blacklist state, where you have disclosed it, is priced rather than deducted later. Then location and freight.
We price against what the stock currently moves for in the wholesale and export market, and we name the channel it goes into. The offer comes back on the whole lot, against current market conditions.
Sign-in state and mobile device management
Handsets and tablets carry accounts rather than removable drives, so the question is enrollment and sign-in state, not a caddy. Devices released from a mobile device management profile and signed out of their accounts move without friction. We do not buy activation-locked, FRP-locked or MDM-enrolled devices. Release them before the pickup date, or hold them back and we price the rest of the lot.
Blacklisted stock is the one exclusion with no discount attached. We do not buy devices reported lost or stolen, at any price. Disclose the blacklist state and we price the rest of the manifest around it. We do not sanitize in house and we do not issue certificates ourselves, and the data handling page sets out exactly where that line sits.
Counting, packing and collection
Palletized in trays or boxed by model, either works, as long as the pallet labels match the manifest lines. Tell us the dock hours, whether a liftgate is needed, and whether the lot ships from one site or several. We book the carrier, we supply the pallets and the wrap, and we arrange a liftgate where the building has no dock. We do not operate our own trucks. On lots of 100 units or more we cover the freight. Below that we agree who pays before you commit, based on the distance.

Receiving
The receiving report is a written document. It sets out what arrived against what you listed, line by line, and the revised figure is agreed in writing before any money moves.

- Do you buy cracked and non-working handsets?
- Yes. Cracked glass, dead boards, no power and liquid damaged units come in the same lot as the working stock. We buy mixed grades and we do not cherry-pick the A stock out and leave you the tail.
- Will you take activation locked or blacklisted stock?
- Two different answers. We do not buy activation-locked, FRP-locked or MDM-enrolled devices. Release them before the pickup date, or hold them back and we price the rest of the lot. - Do you need the devices tested and graded first?
- No. If you already run a testing platform, send its output and we will use your grades. If you do not, a rough split across working, cracked and dead is enough to price from. We price against your own grade labels, exactly as your system exports them. We check the lot against the manifest on receiving and we do not re-grade to move the number.
- Do you buy recurring monthly volume?

- What happens if the received count does not match the manifest?
- We tell you what we found, line by line, and we agree a revised figure before anything moves further. The receiving report is a written document. If we cannot agree, we return the lot to you at our cost, on the original freight terms. The payment and insurance page carries the terms.
- Some units have swollen batteries. Can they ship?
- The units can. The cells cannot. Pull swollen or split cells before the pallet is wrapped and set them aside for battery recycling. The device still comes with the lot. The damaged cell does not travel with it. Put the count on the manifest so the pallets are built for it.
