A volume buyer for the graded stock you do not retail
Or call the buying desk: (732) 996-6310
What we buy out of a trade-in program
We buy
- Phones and tablets, every grade including cracked screens
- Laptops, Chromebooks and desktops
- Monitors, and servers and storage where the program takes business hardware
- Units that do not power on
- Models that no longer carry a value on your own price sheet
We leave with you
- Chargers, cables and power adapters
- Headphones, speakers and cases
- Docks and other accessories
- Networking gear, switches and routers
Send a release with items from the right-hand column in it and we quote the computing hardware, then tell you plainly what we are leaving. Phones and tablets are detailed here, and laptops and desktops here.
Batteries: Undamaged batteries only. Swollen or damaged cells are not accepted. Keep damaged cells out of the pallet and out of the container. A swollen cell falls under lithium battery shipping rules, and the carrier refuses the whole load when it finds one.

Containers and pallets, not individual units
We buy at the pallet and the container, not the unit, and we do not cherry-pick inside them. A manifest at model and grade level is enough to price against, and rough counts are fine on the first pass. There is no per-unit listing to build for us.
Size is not a constraint we run into. A full container is as workable as a pallet, and every band above is bought inside the same release.
A monthly slot, not a one-off
Programs produce stock on a cycle, so the useful thing to be is available on the same cycle. We are a standing buyer for recurring volume and we would rather hold a monthly slot than win one release and disappear. We hold a monthly slot and price each release on its own manifest. We do not commit to a standing monthly figure, because the mix moves month to month.
If your volume also includes mixed pallets bought elsewhere, the terms for liquidators are on this page. If it is overstock or customer returns rather than trade-in stock, that page is here. The other counterparties we buy from are listed here.
Meaningful quantity, clear ownership, commercial urgency, scalable logistics.
What we need to price a graded lot
Send it in whatever your system already exports. A spreadsheet, a manifest, or photographs of the pallets all work.
Your grade labels
We price against your own grade labels, exactly as your system exports them. We check the lot against the manifest on receiving and we do not re-grade to move the number.
Locks and enrollment
Give us the split in the manifest. We do not buy activation-locked, FRP-locked or MDM-enrolled devices. Release them before the pickup date, or hold them back and we price the rest of the lot.
What we do and do not do with data →Location and dock
Address, dock hours, and whether the loads go out on your pallets or ours.
Pickup and freight detail →Timing
The release date you are working to, and whether it repeats. An offer follows inside 24 hours and stands for 7 days.
The offer comes back priced on the whole lot, against current market conditions, in writing, before you commit a release.
Settlement, freight and export
We pay on agreed terms, and the terms sit in the offer document before you release anything. If the received lot differs from the manifest, we tell you what we found and agree a revised figure before anything moves further.
- 1
Terms before you release
The offer document fixes the price and the payment terms: ACH or wire transfer, 3 to 5 business days from verified receipt.
- 2
Collection
We book the carrier and we take full container loads as readily as loose pallets. On lots of 100 units or more we cover the freight. Below that we agree who pays before you commit, based on the distance.
- 3
Export
Outside the United States the sale is Ex Works at your building, and the export entry is filed by SJ Wholesale LLC, or the freight forwarder we appoint for that shipment. From you we need the packing list and the manifest the lot shipped against.
- 4
Verified receipt
We count the lot against your manifest and put the result in writing. Payment follows 3 to 5 business days from verified receipt.
Our payment and insurance page has the detail. Stock is resold into a wholesale and export channel, and we name the channel rather than leaving you to assume. That matters to a program with a published sustainability report, so it is written down.
We are a buyer, not a certified processing facility, and we hold no R2v3, e-Stewards or NAID AAA certification. Here is what each one covers and when your program should insist on a certified processor. Everything we buy is listed here, by device type.
Questions from trade-in programs
- Do you take B and C stock, or only the top grades?
- All of it. We take the lot as it stands, including B and C stock, cosmetically damaged units and units that do not power on. We do not pull the A grade and leave you the tail.
- Do you buy locked or MDM-enrolled devices?
- We do not buy activation-locked, FRP-locked or MDM-enrolled devices. Release them before the pickup date, or hold them back and we price the rest of the lot. Tell us the lock split in the manifest either way, so the offer does not move after receiving.
- Can you take the same volume every month?
- Yes. We are a standing buyer for recurring volume, and a monthly flow is the arrangement we want. We hold a monthly slot and price each release on its own manifest. We do not commit to a standing monthly figure, because the mix moves month to month.
- Who books the freight, and can you take a full container?
- We book the freight, domestically and internationally, and a full container load is as workable as a pallet. We book the carrier, we supply the pallets and the wrap, and we arrange a liftgate where the building has no dock. We do not operate our own trucks. Who pays for what is set out here.
- Do devices have to be wiped before they ship to us?
- Ship them the way your process already produces them, and tell us what state they are in. We do not sanitize in house and we do not issue certificates ourselves. Our data handling page is explicit about that.
- Do you buy the accessories that come back with the devices?
- No. No chargers, no headphones, no cables, no cases, and no networking gear. We buy computing hardware: phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, monitors, servers and storage.
