What we are, and what we are not

We are a buyer. We purchase your hardware outright, take title, arrange the freight and pay you on agreed terms. We are not a certified processing facility, and we hold no R2v3, e-Stewards or NAID AAA certification. If your project requires a certified processor, we will tell you so, and we explain exactly when that is on our certifications page.

We are

  • A buyer. We purchase the hardware outright and take title at collection.
  • The party that books the carrier and arranges the freight.
  • The party that pays you, on terms written down before you commit.
  • A trader into the wholesale and export channel, domestically and worldwide.

We are not

  • A certified processing facility. We hold no such certification and we say so up front.
  • A recycler. We do not shred, smelt or scrap the equipment we buy.
  • A broker charging you a fee. You are paid by us, never billed by us.
  • A data sanitization vendor. We do not wipe drives in house and we issue no certificates.

What we buy

Whole lots, mixed grades, any condition. We take the lot as it stands and do not cherry-pick.

  • Closed laptops stacked in a tall column, seen edge on

    Corporate laptop and desktop fleets

  • A tall server rack in a dark room, indicator lights running down its face

Servers and storage, racked or de-racked

  • A stack of used smartphones piled on top of one another

    Graded phone and tablet lots

  • Switched off monitors on a row of empty office desks

Monitors and projectors off a whole floor

One buyer for the whole lot, wherever it sits.

Worldwide pickup coverage. We book the carrier, we take title at collection, and we pay on terms written down before you commit.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send a list.

A spreadsheet, an MDM export, a manifest, or photographs. Rough counts are fine.

  2. 2

    Get an offer.

We come back inside 24 hours, priced on the whole lot, against current market conditions. The figure holds for 7 days.

  3. 3

    Agree the pickup.

We book the carrier and tell you who pays for what. Collection normally runs 3 to 5 business days after you accept.

  4. 4

    We receive and check.

We check the lot against your list at our New Jersey receiving address, which is the registered office above, and send you a written report of what arrived.

  5. 5

    You get paid.

Settlement inside 3 to 5 business days of verified receipt, by ACH or wire transfer.

We take the whole lot

We do not cherry-pick. We take mixed grades, including working but cosmetically damaged stock, because that is exactly the inventory that is hard to place. No rigid requirements that exclude complex or mixed-grade lots. We arrange the pickup and the freight, and we pay on agreed terms.

Who we buy from

  • Liquidators and returns handlers

A standing buyer for the IT and computing category in your lots. We aim to become a repeat buyer, not a one-time outlet.

    For liquidators
  • Trade-in and buyback operators

Graded lots, containers and pallets, recurring monthly volume. The inventory you struggle to place is the inventory we want.

    For trade-in operators
  • K-12 school districts

We work within your board approved surplus process and never ask you to bypass it.

Where to look us up

New Jersey publishes a free business name search. Search the legal name above and compare the record with this table. We do not link review-site or directory profiles here, because we have not claimed them and a link we do not control proves nothing.

Were you looking for recycling?

Free haul away is free because the value is in the gear. Recent laptops, enterprise memory, servers, GPUs and drives are worth money. Old printers, CRTs, chargers and accessories genuinely are not. We wrote an honest guide to which is which, including when recycling really is the right answer.

Common questions

Do you charge for pickup?
No. We never charge you. On lots of 100 units or more we cover the freight. Below that we agree who pays before you commit, based on the distance. We book third-party carriers. We do not operate our own trucks.
What about the data on the drives?
You have three options: keep the drives, wipe them before pickup, or ask us to route the lot through a certified processor. Routing a lot through a certified processor is available on request. We name the processor for that specific job, in writing, before the collection is booked. We do not sanitize in house and we do not issue certificates ourselves. Full detail here.
Are you R2 or e-Stewards certified?
No. We hold no R2v3, e-Stewards or NAID AAA certification. Here is what each one covers and when you should insist on a certified processor.
How fast do you pay?
Settlement lands inside 3 to 5 business days of verified receipt, by ACH or wire transfer. The method and the trigger are set out in the offer document before you agree to anything.
What if the lot does not match my list?
We tell you what we found, item by item, and we agree a revised figure before anything moves further. The receiving report is a written document. It sets out what arrived against what you listed, line by line, and the revised figure is agreed in writing before any money moves. See our payment terms.
Do you buy networking gear?
No. No switches, no routers, no chargers, no headphones, no accessories. We buy computing hardware.
Where does the equipment actually go?
Reuse and resale, domestically and by export. We name the channel and explain the export rules.
